General Health Panel

Core overview of blood, liver, kidney and thyroid health.

Sample type: Blood | Turnaround: 48 h | Availability: Clinic-based only

Why choose this panel

This is your essential “baseline” screen, designed to pick up early changes in organ function, energy and cardiometabolic risk. It is ideal as an annual review or before starting any health or longevity programme, giving you a clear snapshot of how well your internal systems are working.

Key checks

• Full Blood Count (FBC) – oxygen-carrying capacity, immune status and anaemia screening • Kidney Function – filtration, hydration and waste removal • Liver Function – detoxification, metabolism and protein synthesis • Thyroid Profile (TSH, T4, T3) – metabolic rate and energy regulation • Glucose & HbA1c – short and long-term blood sugar control • Lipid Profile (HDL, LDL, Triglycerides) – cardiovascular risk
