At Home (Finger-Prick Kit):
Wash and warm your hands to encourage blood flow.
Use the lancet provided to collect a small blood sample.
Fill the collection tube to the marked line.
Seal the tube, place it in the prepaid return envelope, and post it back to the lab.
At Home (Nurse Visit):
A trained nurse can visit your home to collect a venous sample.
This option is ideal if you prefer professional support or need a larger sample.
In Clinic:
A clinician will collect a venous or capillary sample during your appointment.
3. How long do results take?
Typically 7-10 working days after the lab receives your sample.
