Wrist Ultrasound Scan

ABOUT THIS TEST

The Wrist Ultrasound Scan provides a detailed, real-time assessment of the soft tissues, tendons, ligaments, and fluid structures around the wrist joint. It is a non-invasive imaging test used to investigate wrist pain, swelling, stiffness, weakness, or reduced range of movement.

This scan is particularly helpful for identifying tendon injuries, ligament damage, ganglion cysts, inflammatory changes, joint effusions, and soft tissue abnormalities. Dynamic imaging allows assessment during movement, supporting accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Suitable for acute injuries, chronic wrist pain, repetitive strain, or preventative joint assessment.
