Telomere test

ABOUT THIS TEST

This test measures the length of your telomeres, the protective caps at the ends of your chromosomes that shorten as you age. Telomere length is a well-established indicator of cellular ageing and overall biological resilience.

Shortened telomeres may reflect long-term exposure to stress, inflammation, poor lifestyle habits, or accelerated ageing. Understanding your telomere length helps you identify areas to improve, monitor ageing over time, and take steps to support long-term cellular health.
