Dating Scan (8–22 weeks)
ABOUT THIS TEST
The Dating Scan (8–22 weeks) is a non-invasive ultrasound scan used to accurately determine gestational age and estimate the expected due date. It provides real-time imaging to assess fetal development and confirm pregnancy progression. This scan is particularly helpful when menstrual dates are uncertain, cycles are irregular, or when confirmation of gestational age is required for antenatal planning. It also offers reassurance by confirming normal early fetal development.
Suitable for individuals between 8 and 22 weeks of pregnancy who require accurate pregnancy dating or early developmental assessment.
