Biological age test

ABOUT THIS TEST

This test measures your biological age by analysing telomere length, a recognised marker of cellular ageing. Unlike chronological age, which reflects your date of birth, biological age shows how quickly or slowly your body is ageing internally.

Your results help you understand how lifestyle, stress, nutrition, and overall health habits are influencing cellular ageing — giving you clear insight into long-term wellbeing and areas you can improve to support healthy ageing.

  • GP-led review
  • Personalised doctor’s comments
