If you’re unsure which test is right for you, you can still proceed with a booking — every order is reviewed by a Levitas GP to ensure suitability before testing.

Book Your Appointment

Once you’ve selected your test, complete your booking online.

After booking:

  • Your request is reviewed by a Levitas GP
  • A complimentary call is arranged to confirm your test is appropriate
  • Any adjustments to the test type or collection method can be made at this stage

If your test requires fasting or a specific collection time, this will be clearly communicated during your complimentary call.

Test Method Confirmed & Arranged

After your GP review, your test pathway is confirmed:

  • Home test kits are dispatched directly to your address where suitable
  • Venous blood draws can be booked at a Levitas clinic or with an appropriate collection service
  • In-clinic appointments are arranged when required

You’ll receive clear instructions before your test takes place.

Attend Your Appointment / Use Your Home Kit

In-clinic testing

  • A trained clinician will take a venous blood sample
  • Appointments typically take 10–20 minutes
  • No downtime afterward

Home collection kits

  • Collect your sample following the simple instructions provided
  • Return your sample using prepaid packaging included in your kit

Laboratory Analysis

Your sample is processed at accredited partner laboratories using advanced diagnostic technology.

Turnaround times vary depending on the test — typically from 24 hours to 10 days.

All analysis follows strict quality-assurance standards to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Receive Your Results

You’ll receive a clear digital report by email, including personalised doctor’s notes from the Levitas clinical team.

Your report includes:

  • Your biomarker results
  • Reference ranges
  • What your results may indicate
  • Clinical interpretation from a Levitas doctor
